Precautions for installation of electromagnetic clutch of automobile air conditioner:

1. Please use protective cover when using in dusty places.

2. During installation, please adjust the suction clearance mechanically to within plus or minus 20% of the specified value.

3. Please keep the bracket light and do not use the clutch bearing to bear excessive pressure.

4. In consideration of thermal expansion and other factors, the thrust of the mounting shaft should be less than 0.2MM.

5. Use the frame on the mechanical side to maintain the lead wire, and use the terminal board to make sure the connection.

6. For the screws used for assembly, please use spring metal sheets, adhesives, etc. to prevent looseness.

7. For the size of the long shaft used to install the clutch, please use the specifications of JIS0401 H6 or JS6. Use one of the keys specified in JIS B1301-1959 to install the shaft.

8. Please use the dry electromagnetic clutch when there is no water or oil content at all. If the friction part is stained with water or oil content, the friction torque will be greatly reduced, and the sensitivity of the clutch will become worse. To avoid these situations, please add a cover.
